- E Learning Implementation Project
- Developed an E Learning Platform for teaching and Learning for the University at no Cost to the University thereby saving about Kshs 10,000,000 that could have been used to procure the system.
- Using my global network in E Learning; I organized several (15) virtual seminars and webinars to educate staff members on E Learning at no cost to the University. The facilitators came from all over the globe; USA, UK, Canada, Belgium, Uganda, South Africa, Papua New Guinee, India and Kenya. In normal situations; these training workshops could have costed the University over Kshs 8,000,000.
- Researched and developed user-friendly online examination systems; Key achievement was the successful online examination management at the University. This system could have cost the Univesity over Khs. 5,000,000 to procure.
- Travel Grant to attend and participate in the 9th Pan-Commonwealth Forum (PCF9) in Edinburgh, Scotland from 7th September- 12th September, 2019

- Developing Mother tongue Policy Project Proposal submitted to United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID). The project was worth Kshs. 130,250,000.
