Prof. Silvance Onyango Abeka is an Associate Professor and Director of the Centre for E-Learning at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, Kenya, and a CUE Peer Reviewer for the Commission of University Education. He has extensive experience in academic governance, accreditation, and strategic planning, and has served as Dean in multiple universities. Holding a Doctorate in Management Information Systems, his research focuses on e-learning, IT innovation, and digital technologies. Prof. Abeka has published widely and is a member of several professional organizations, including IEEE and ACM, and sits on various boards in the public and private sectors.
